Titles like the spectacular Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic (and it’s Obsidian-helmed follow-up), Lionhead’s Fable, Bethesda’s Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, and action-y comic superheroes love letter X-Men Legends struggled for attention in amongst the console’s shooters, sports and racing titles. Beyond that hallowed inner circle of genuine classics, floundering throwaways like Sudeki and Azurik were what you were left with.
