With Need For Speed screaming onto screens this month, World Of Warcraft raiding our Odeons courtesy of Moon man Duncan Jones next year and Minecraft recently picked up for adaptation by the suits who made The Lego Movie really rather better than it should have been (they clearly don’t have any problems with creative “block”… sigh), we thought it time to actually get optimistic about the future of videogame adaptations. A little too optimistic, perhaps.
