Chiens de garde’ hacking mechanic is designed to sit on top of all the traditional activities of an open-world game. Cependant, as I begin my section of the game, I can’t hack a thing. I’m locked out until I take over the local security hub, effectively “conquering” the area. The first step is to steal a car and hit the hub. A piece of cake? Somehow I doubt it.
