Xbox One has a lot of things to boast about – it’s Microsoft’s fastest selling console ever, home to an already-impressive diversity of software, and a machine that, according to multiple reports, does indeed sit at the end of every rainbow inside a pot of gold. But one thing it doesn’t have is a human face. The rare flower that is a personable exec aside, we look to game characters for that, and while Microsoft Studios has franchises in abundance, there’s a slight shortage at present of memorable heroes.
