Microsoft coy about timed PS4 indie exclusives hitting Xbox One

In the past, Microsoft has demanded a period of exclusivity for first-party published Xbox Live Arcade releases from independent developers. The manufacturer has also hitherto insisted that multiplatform third party games appear on Xbox 360 at the same time as for other consoles. But will any of this still apply to indie titles that are confirmed to release first on PS4? Will these games never appear on Xbox One, per the exclusivity requirement? During our tour of Gamescom, we tried to get an answer out of ID@Xbox director Chris Charla.
