Back in July 2020, Logitech G and Herman Miller unveiled a special edition of the Embody chair from Herman Miller as a gaming chair unlike anything that was on the market at the time. It didn’t get rave reviews as a gaming chair, although it’s considered a very good office chair in the Herman Miller range. There was also the issue of the asking price, which was a steep US$1,495.
Fast forward to 2022 and the two companies are planning to release what they call an "ergonomic chair designed to adapt to every gamer’s needs". The two companies have apparently had a closer collaboration this time and have created their "first-ever design built from the ground up to support every mode of play". The new chair is set to launch on the 6th of October and until then we only have a small teaser picture of what appears to be the back of the chair and what should be the lumbar support adjustment wheel.
