Activision slams Black Ops 2 death threats – "this is why gamers are assumed to be immature, whiny assholes"

Activision’s community manager Dan Amrich has posted a withering piece on last night’s outbreak of fan threats in response to a Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 update. It contains such seemingly common-sensical observations as: wishing death on people because they’ve rebalanced your favourite Call of Duty gun is just a tad bit disproportionate.
