Things to do in Mordor when you’re dead.
Shadow of Mordor started out sounding like post-Assassin’s Creed, Batman-inspired license-fluff. After spending some time with it, however, it seems to have put its sneaky tendencies to good use in creeping into my personal most wanted list. The story of Talion, the resurrected, vengeance-fuelled (literally – the thing keeping him alive is an angry wraith) Ranger of Gondor, might be over-familiar, but it’s the stories the game helps you create around him that interest me.
