Microsoft won't let developers "overwhelm" Xbox One games with post-release Achievements

Xbox One allows developers to add Achievements to games post-release without releasing new DLC, but Microsoft has taken steps to ensure that players who want 100% Gamerscore aren’t “constantly overwhelmed” with new Achievements.
