Free Play Days: The Crew 2 and Trailmakers

Speed is the name of the game so don’t waste any time and jump straight into this weekend’s Free Play Day events! Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members can play The Crew 2 and Trailmakers from Thursday, December 5 at 12:01 a.m. PST until Sunday, December 8 at 11:59 p.m. PST.

You can find and install the games here on Xbox.com. Click through will send you to the Microsoft Store, where you must be signed in to see the option to install with your Xbox Live Gold membership. To download on console, click on the Gold member area on the home dashboard on your Xbox One.

If you like what you’ve played and want to keep the fun going, you can purchase the games and other editions at a discount and continue playing while keeping your Gamerscore and achievements earned in-game during the event! Please note that discount percentage can vary by region.

The
Crew 2

The
Crew 2 is a “Car-PG” that sees you collecting
and upgrading vehicles in a massive open-world that you can traverse by land,
water, or air in a number of cars, trucks, bikes, planes, and boats. The game
has received a steady stream of free updates, including Gator Rush, which
introduced hovercrafts; Demolition Derby, which added destructible cars and a
new Demolition Derby motorsports discipline; and Hot Shots, which brought new
events, cars, and customization options. With so much to do, you’ll want to
make sure you’re quick off the line to jump into the Free Play Days event this
weekend!

This Free Play Days
comes hot off the heels of The Crew 2‘s fourth major update, Blazing
Shots, which brings a bevy of new cars and events to the game. The Blazing
Shots update introduces 12 new vehicles, new vanity items (including special
tires and all-new underglow effects), and 17 new, weekly Live Summits that give
you a chance to compete against other players and climb through the ranks to
earn in-game rewards. New vehicles will be added to the game each week, with
five available now through the in-game store: the Citroën GT, Ferrari 599XX
EVO, Porsche Carrera GT, Mazda RX-8, and Bugatti Veyron. A sixth vehicle, the
Ford F-150 Raptor Race Truck Ghost Recon Edition, was also added to the roster
as an exclusive prize in last week’s themed Ghost Road Live Summit.

Trailmakers

Build
an amazing vehicle out of blocks and explore an alien planet in Trailmakers.
This physics-based action game lets you build anything from hypercars and
helicopters to hovercrafts and hydrofoils. Play solo or with friends in huge
sandbox maps or optimize your race car to perfection in the Trailmakers
Rally.
