Dead Kings, the first lump of DLC for Assassin’s Creed: Unity, was originally intended to be paid content. Of course, after everything went a bit poire-shaped for Ubisoft – with faceless horrors, endless bugs, framerate issues and the infamous £65 “micro” transaction – they decided that maybe they needed to sweeten the deal a bit.
